Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your itemsā€”no questions asked.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned to us unused and in its original condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The refund will include the item price and standard delivery charges (if paid).

  • Refunds will be processed within seven working days of receiving your returned item.
  • Funds will be returned via the original payment method.

We cannot offer refunds on:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
  • Returned items that are not in their original condition
  • Digital downloads or digital educational resources (once accessed)
  • Books received through our donation model (e.g. gifted to schools or families)

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Include photos of the issue if possible
  • We’ll either send a replacement or offer a full refund, including postage

When you purchase a book, you help us donate another copy to a child in need. If you request a refund for your purchase, the associated donation may be cancelled or reassigned.
